Bachhuber Mfg. Corp. is a job-shop that specializes in multi-axis machining with emphasis on holding unusual shapes and machining difficult materials. Shafts with hole-patterns and keyways lend themselves to one setup while improving quality and cost. The same holds true for flanges and hubs with hole-patterns, cross-holes, and grease-grooves. The parts shown in the photo were made complete on one machine eliminating multiple setups and the possibility of error. CNC lathe capacity is 23" swing and 40" centers. CNC machine-center capacity is X=40", Y=21", Z=21".
